2.2 Withdrawal Conditions
Account identity verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawal funds will be returned through the same method as the deposit, unless there is a specific reason otherwise. crikx reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if illegal activity is suspected.
2.3 Currency
All transactions on crikx are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). No other currency is supported.
2.4 Fraud and Anti-Money Laundering
crikx strictly follows anti-money laundering (AML) policies. If suspicious financial activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended and the relevant authorities may be notified.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
3.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus. The total bonus and deposit amount must be wagered 10 times before the bonus amount becomes withdrawable.
3.2 Wagering Conditions
- Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 10x (deposit + bonus).
- Withdrawals cannot be made from the bonus balance before wagering is completed.
- Certain games may count differently toward bonus wagering — contact the support team for details.
- If wagering is not completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
3.3 VIP and Cashback Program
crikx has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold.
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
Progression through VIP tiers depends on your overall activity and regularity on the platform. Cashback is provided at a set time each week and its own wagering conditions may apply.
3.4 Bonus Abuse
crikx reserves the right to cancel bonuses and suspend accounts in cases of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity. Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, accessing via a virtual private network (VPN), or strategically exploiting the bonus system will be treated as fraudulent.
Gaming Rules and Fair Play
4.1 Game Results
The results of all games on the crikx platform are determined impartially through random number generator (RNG) technology. crikx or its staff cannot influence game results.
4.2 Technical Issues
If any game session is left incomplete due to a server crash, internet outage or other technical error, crikx will settle the transaction based on saved logs. If the result cannot be determined, the wagered amount may be refunded.
4.3 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Playing games using automated software, bots or scripts.
- Exploiting weaknesses or bugs in the gaming system.
- Playing games in collusion with other players.
- Operating an account under a false identity.
- Threatening, harassing or engaging in offensive behavior toward other individuals.
4.4 Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises over a game result or transaction, our support team must be notified in writing within 72 hours. crikx's system logs will be treated as final evidence and our decision will be considered final.
